Residential and Commercial
Manufactured Home Foundation reports (for FHA loans, etc.):
Our current price for this service is $350 within our standard service area. Please call for pricing outside our standard service area. Please be aware that additional charges will apply if more than one site visit is required. Payment is required at the time of the on-site visit.
Commercial Building Inspections (per ASTM E2018-01):
$400 plus $50 per 1000 square feet for buildings that are fully updated and less than 30 years old. Please call for other pricing.
Other Engineering services:
Typically, these will be billed at $120 per hour with a two hour minimum. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the particulars of your project
